Werk One is a trading name of Werk One LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide AI consulting and AI services — including marketing systems, automation, and paid media — to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, werkone.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site, call us, or text us, we receive what you provide, such as:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your website address, if you share it
- The subject of your enquiry and anything else you tell us about your business
- Whether you opted in to receive text messages from us
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies, such as:
- Pages visited, time on page, and the page that referred you to us
- Browser type, device type, and approximate location based on your IP address
- Events such as form submissions and clicks on our phone number, so we can tell which pages lead people to contact us
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a call
- To contact you by phone, email, or — if you opted in — text message about the enquiry you submitted

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you submit a form on https://werkone.com that includes your phone number and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Werk One, a trading name of Werk One LLC, related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting in to text messages is entirely optional. The consent checkbox on our form is never pre-ticked, and we never make it a condition of contacting us or of receiving any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Our full messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can perform that work for us:
- Our CRM and call-tracking provider — stores your enquiry and routes calls and texts to us
- Our messaging provider — delivers the text messages you opted in to receive
- Our hosting and analytics providers — serve the Site and report how it is used
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is ever sold or transferred, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your session and to measure how the Site performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — parts of the Site may not work as well if you do. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting; there is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to those signals.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to ask how we have used it, or to object to certain uses. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

We keep enquiry records and proof-of-consent records for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, and for as long as the law requires us to keep them. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the Site.
